Cancellation and Return Policy
CANCELLATION:
I. Cancellation Before Shipment:
If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request by following one of the 2 options below:
Option 1: Log in to your Account
- Click on 'My Orders'
- Go to the order you want to cancel and select 'Order Details'
- Click on 'Cancel Item'
- Select the item(s) in your order that you would like to cancel and provide the reason for cancellation and click on 'Confirm'.
- Once submitted, your item(s) will be cancelled and we will reach out to you to get your bank account details to initiate your refund.
Option 2: Email or Call
- Send an email to our customer support team at info@honeyhut.in to cancel your order along with your order ID details and bank account details. Or call us on +91 93198 39162 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM).
II. When will you get your refund for the cancelled orders and what is the processing time?
If you cancel your order before we have shipped the items from our warehouse, we will initiate the refund within 2-3 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation after the items have been dispatched, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments done via credit/debit cards, UPI or net banking, the refund will be initiated to the source account within 2-3 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- COD refund will not be applicable for the cancellations made pre-dispatch and for post-dispatch, refunds will be credited back to the source account. It will take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- We do not offer wallet refunds for cancellations.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RETURNS:
Honey Hut offers a return policy, wherein you can raise a return request of a product within 10 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
Follow one of the following steps:
- Go to 'Account' section: Click on 'Orders'. Go to the order, click on the item you want to return and click on 'Return'. Fill in the reason for return and submit.
- Via Email: Share an email to our customer support team at info@honeyhut.in within 10 days of receiving the order.
Once your request is received, based on the outcome of the return raised, a reverse pickup will be arranged. We will initiate the refund only if the products received by us are verified by our team as per the return policy.
Return will not be accepted in case of any of the following conditions:
- Product is damaged.
- Returned without original packaging or if original packaging is damaged.
- Product is opened or used.
- Discounted or sales product.
- If a request is initiated after 10 business days of delivery.
REFUNDS:
In case of a return/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified by our team.
For payments done through credit/debit cards, UPI or net banking, the refund will be initiated to the source account from which the payment was made within 2-3 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take up to 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 2-3 business days of us receiving the products back. It will take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
