Return & Refund

Please record an unboxing video once you receive your order. We will be unable to process any refunds or returns for damaged & wrong items without the unboxing video.

In the email, please share your order number, image of invoice, one outer box image, two clear images of damaged product, and your phone number.

We’ll be happy to accept a request for returns if you’ve received the wrong or damaged product. But of course, if you love what you’ve received, go ahead and enjoy it!

Products which have been opened or used are not eligible for refund or returns.

In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.

Please write to us at info@honeyhut.in within 48 hours of receiving the wrong or damaged product. Make sure you attach the images and videos. We’re always keen to make up for errors on our part!

Shipping costs are non-refundable, so any refunds you receive will be net of the cost of return shipping.

You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order only.
  • After this time window, the order automatically moves into processing and cannot be cancelled.
  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • If cancelled within the allowed time, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations are usually processed within 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Cancellation

I. Cancellation Before Shipment

If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request by following one of the two options below:

Option 1: Log in to your Account

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on My Orders
  3. Go to the order you want to cancel and select Order Details
  4. Click on Cancel Item
  5. Select the item(s) you want to cancel, provide the reason, and click on Confirm

Once submitted, your item(s) will be cancelled and we will reach out to you to get your bank account details to initiate your refund.

Option 2: Email or Call

Send an email to our customer support team at info@honeyhut.in to cancel your order along with your order ID and bank account details.

Or call us on +91 93198 39162 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM).

II. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order before we have shipped the items from our warehouse, we will initiate the refund within 2–3 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation after the items have been dispatched, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

For payments done via credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking, the refund will be initiated to the source account within 2–3 business days of receiving the products back. It may take up to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will not be applicable for cancellations made pre-dispatch. For post-dispatch cancellations, refunds will be credited back to the source account and may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect.

We do not offer wallet refunds for cancellations.

Returns and Refunds

Returns

Honey Hut offers a return policy wherein you can raise a return request within 10 days of delivery. Partial returns are also accepted.

  • Go to AccountOrders → Select the item → Click on Return → Fill in the reason and submit.
  • Via Email: Send an email to info@honeyhut.in within 10 days of receiving the order.

Once your request is received, a reverse pickup will be arranged. Refunds will be initiated only after the returned products are verified as per the return policy.

Return will not be accepted if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Returned without original packaging or packaging is damaged
  • Product is opened or used
  • Product is discounted or on sale
  • Request is raised after 10 business days of delivery

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned products are received and verified.

For prepaid orders (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking), refunds will be initiated within 2–3 business days and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer based on the billing details shared by you. The process may take 5–7 business days.
